Aneesha Designs was a contemporary womenswear brand founded by Lavinia Cottafavi, exploring the dialogue between traditional craftsmanship and contemporary design.
Inspired by Indian textiles and the art of draping, Aneesha became a laboratory for colour, materials and textile experimentation. Lavinia worked with artisans and developed fabrics through sourcing, upcycling and research, bringing traditional techniques into contemporary designs.
The project brought together creative direction, textile development, product design and image-making, and became the foundation for Lavinia’s approach to creative direction today.
